Are you feeling alone in dealing with something difficult? Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Perhaps you would just like to talk problems through in a safe and confidential space, with someone who is empathetic, warm and non-judgemental.
We are all shaped by early relationships and events - these play an important role; influencing our thinking as well as future patterns of behaviour and relationships.
Counselling provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can share what is worrying you. The professional relationship with a counsellor can enable you to feel heard and valued. Our sessions can be a space in which to think, reflect and wonder ‘what if…?’
I offer adults the opportunity to work through difficult experiences and feelings. Through exploration I aim to support you to make better sense of your experiences and feelings, to better understand yourself.
I appreciate that you may feel scared or embarrassed to ask for help - I will work with you respectfully and at your own pace.
